Our super cute boy is a first grader! Josh was so excited for the first day of school. His teacher this year is Mrs. Gerard. Before school started Josh and Mom went on a back to school date. We went shopping for all of his school supplies and some new school clothes. On August 18th we went to back to school night and Josh got to meet his teacher and pick out his desk. He put all of his new supplies in his desk. That night we all went out for ice cream to celebrate the new year. The night before school started Josh got a Father's blessing and a good night's sleep. He started his morning with a big pancake breakfast. (his favorite), and headed to the bus stop. When he came home he said he had a great day. He loves taking his lunch to school in his lighting McQueen lunch box and playing at recess. He said that he most looks forward to learning math this year because, "it's good to have math skills."
